SFC has recalibrated its expansion goals to focus on preserving gains and building a robust implementation structure to support a high-quality system for all children, starting at birth, ready to successfully bring UPK to scale when the economy recovers. The organization will also engage in planning for the next phase of its work to improve the percentage of children that are proficient readers by third grade.
