Using a visual map that Voices will create of the detailed information about exisiting child care facilities and early education programs, information about quality level of these services, as well as results of information gathered from employers and employees, Voices will produce a report and a series of fact sheets to serve as the foundation for the development of a communications strategy to educate employers, policy makers and the public.
