Dr. Beth M. Miller, Director of Research and Evaluation for the Nellie Mae Education Foundation and author of the reports Critical Hours and The Learning Season, presents at an afterschool summit at the New Britain (CT) Museum of American Art. The American Savings Foundation, the Connecticut Council for Philanthropy and the Nellie Mae Education Foundation sponsored the event.
